The education provided by this institute is aimed at cultivating the next generation to form a better quality of life in the changing environment. Therefore, we assist our students in building up their ability to face challenges and to explore environmental changes with a scientific attitude.

With the coming of an era of highly developed information technology, younger generations are facing not only a tremendous impact from globalization but also the need to upgrade their competitiveness. Therefore, a revolutionary transition between technology and culture is necessary. As a result, academics must have a plan in advance for meeting the frontiers of knowledge, technology, and science.

In a democratic and diversified society, there is an inseparable relationship between business management and personal welfare in accordance with the information revolution and the knowledge-based economy. Public policy plays the role of facilitator in this effort. The researchers and workers of public policy must understand the techniques of communication, marketing, negotiation, and also the processing of management politics to implement policies. In a macro sense, the study of public policy must combine practical matters to satisfy the best interests of the majority of the people. Therefore, the study of public policy includes social science, political science, administration science, legal affairs, economics, management and engineering, etc. However, the most important thing is how to integrate the various types of knowledge and apply them to public affairs.
